I use it whenever I run. I wish they made one shaped for a phone because thats what I use it for. I like the velcro for easy access.

I use this to hold my phone and keys when running. It fits snuggly and doesn’t bounce. It’s comfortable and has lasted a long time. I am purchasing my second one because mine is finally wearing out. I put my keys and money in the zippered section, and my phone is in the velcro section. It’s easy to access as I’m running if I want to change songs. Of course, this is made to hold a CD player, but I use it for my phone.
